The welcome dinner will start between 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

If borders are not open for tourism, we will postpone the trip to a later date. If you cannot attend the trip during the dates given, you will receive travel credit to attend a different trip. If we decided to remove the destination from our calendar, you will receive a 100% refund.
Yes, in order to attend our trips, you will need to present a negative test. That is also the only way you can enter the country we are visiting. If you are American, you will be required to take a test to enter back into the country. We will take all guests to get tested, but any fees required will be the responsibility of the guests. We also recommend getting medical/travel insurance as we are not responsible for these fees.
Yes, there will be time outside the itinerary to participate in other activities.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable, unless we are canceling the trip on our end. You can receive a refund for payments made after the deposit, if we receive an email within one week of of any payment made, unless the trip start date is less than 90 days from your booking date. We do not offer any refunds within 90 days of a trip.
You will be responsible for your flight, but we can assist you in searching for flights if needed.
You will be responsible for visas/vaccinations if needed. Over 160 nationalities do not need a visa to enter. Please note that your passport needs to be valid 6 months after your arrival date. For more information on visa requirements, please click the link below:

You will be responsible for travel/medical insurance. We highly recommend purchasing insurance to protect you from flight cancellations, any medical assistance needed while abroad (COVID testing and etc).
