In Kyoto, get ready for a calm retreat from the Tokyo hustle. Our hotel offers a tranquil atmosphere and traditional Japanese hospitality for a serene 4-day stay.

In Tokyo, we'll take you on a night food and drink tour, hit up top attractions and temples, and embark on a day trip to Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi and a cable car ride with stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Plus, you’ll have a free day to go Go-karting, shopping, or even visit Disneyland Tokyo—we can help arrange it all!

In Kyoto, get ready for a calligraphy class to master Japanese symbols, a tea ceremony with a live Geisha performance, and a Kyoto tour that includes the Arashiyama district. We'll also take a day trip to Nara to explore the town and hang out with free-roaming deer.

Don't stress about getting from point A to point B. We've got you covered.

During planned activities, group transfers are provided (this will be by train and/or car), including airport transfers (Oct 27th and Nov 6th for airport transfers only)

Please note: airport transfers are scheduled as a group with set pick-up times based on all travelers arrival times. As we’ve mentioned, getting travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any flight delays or cancellations that could add extra costs. We can also schedule your own transfer outside of the group transfer for an additional cost. If you need assistance with travel insurance, we're more than happy to help.

Getting ready for an international trip can be overwhelming, especially when it's a new destination. You’re probably a bundle of nerves (the good kind, of course), but don't worry—we’ve got you covered!

You'll receive detailed info and a timeline on what to expect right when you book, plus you'll be added to a group chat with other travelers on the trip. Shake off those nerves and get ready to connect with other solo female adventurers just like you!

You’ll also have access to a client portal where you can find all your travel documents and easily upload any details we need from you. Think of it as your personal travel hub.

Exclusions for Your Trip

International airfare, travel and medical insurance (recommended), food and beverage that is not listed, visa (if required), tips for drivers and guides, COVID testing (if required), and any activities and transfers outside of what is mentioned.

Payment Schedule

Please carefully review the payment plan and due dates. These payments should be paid on a monthly basis or paid in full. If you sign up past the due dates, your payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

We kindly request a five day notice, before the payment due date, if a late payment will be made. This should be done to avoid a $30 late fee. 

This payment plan is based on double occupancy. This means you will be paired with a friend or another solo traveler in the group. If you wish to have a single room, please email us and we will let you know the additional cost. Please note that this is based upon availability.

We'll be traveling between Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Hakone on this adventure.

Designed to immerse you in Japanese culture, our tours are primarily walking tours, giving you an authentic feel of each city and the sites we visit. We'll be traveling via train and car.

While Western food options are available, please note that our group meals will be at Japanese restaurants—delicious authenticity guaranteed!

Your private driver will be there with a sign saying 'The Ladies Abroad,' ready to take you to our hotel. Our welcome dinner would be later in the evening.

Night Food and Drink Tour

You flew in from across the world, so take the day to rest your eyes and shake off that jetlag. Later in the evening, we'll kick things off with a night food and drink tour, so get those taste buds ready!

 It's Time to Explore Tokyo

We're starting with an epic Tokyo sightseeing tour! You'll check out Asakusa, Sensoji Temple, Akihabara, Koishikawa Korakuen, Shinjuku, Meiji Shrine, Harajuku, Omote Sando, and Shibuya. Get ready for a whirlwind of iconic spots that will blow your mind!

Let's Head to Hakone

We're taking a break from Tokyo and going on a day trip to Hakone where we'll enjoy a Lake Ashi Cruise, Hakone Open Air Museum, and riding a cable car with views of Mt. Fuji.

Free Day in Tokyo

Enjoy your free day in Tokyo! How will you spend it? Zooming through the streets in a go-kart? Shopping spree? Maybe a magical day at Tokyo Disneyland? We've got plenty of other options for you to choose from!

Off to Kyoto We Go

We’ll head over to Kyoto on a bullet train, check into our hotel, and dive into a calligraphy class to master those elegant Japanese symbols. How cool is that?!

It's Time to Explore Kyoto

Get ready for a day of adventure as we dive into Kyoto’s top highlights! We’ll wander through the Arashiyama district (bamboo groves included), explore Tenryuji and Okachi Sanso, marvel at the Golden Temple, visit Ryoanji Temple, stroll through the Gion district, and hike up Fushimi Inari. It’s going to be epic!

Day Trip to Nara

Time for another adventure! Today we're off to Nara, where you'll get to feed the friendly deer at Nara Park, gaze up at the massive Buddha at Todaiji, marvel at the Shinto beauty of Kasuga Taisha, and soak in the history at Kofukuji Temple.

Tea Ceremony with Live Geisha Performance

We're learning more about the Japanese culture with a tea ceremony and a Geisha experience! Plus, you’ll rock a kimono while you’re at it—because what's a cultural immersion without a little flair?

Back to Tokyo We Go

As our trip wraps up, we’re heading back to Tokyo and checking into our hotel. Later that evening, we’ll toast to our adventures with a fabulous farewell dinner. Let’s end on a high note!

After breakfast, our driver will pick everyone up from our hotel and head to the airport. Time to say goodbye and catch those flights!
