SHIPPING

Shipping is free on all USA orders of $85. No coupon is needed.

In stock items:

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of ordering, meaning, from the day you order, we have 2-5 business days to make and package your order. THEN it will be shipped. Please note that there is a 1-2 day processing time. All orders will include a USPS tracking number, you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. 

Please note, that once your order is shipped it is out of our control and in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you address is correct upon ordering. If you have tracking/address inquiries you will need to contact USPS so they can better serve you.

Due to COVID-19 process restrictions and staff shortages within the delivery service industry, you may experience delays in the delivery of your order.
We do combine orders and ship items all together when possible to reduce our shipping carbon footprint. Items that are on pre-order will not be combined with your ready-to-ship orders.

By making a purchase with us, you agree that The Ladies Abroad will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment. You also agree to the shipping time frames indicated in each product description. No cancellations, exchanges or returns for reasons that are not our fault. If you wish to sign for a package(s), please contact USPS to arrange this.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USPS First Class International shipping delivery times may vary between 7-21 days depending on your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country. Shipment will also depend on how long your package is processed through customs. If any customs charges incur, you will be responsible for the cost and will not be covered by The Ladies Abroad.

All USPS First Class International packages will include a tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US. For USPS Priority Mail International, it normally takes 6-12 business days to arrive, includes a tracking number and insurance (up to $100 for lost or missing packages, please visit the USPS website for more information).

Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. 
We do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur. 
Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately. 

FOR PRE-ORDERS

We begin fulfilling orders once the production is complete which is between 3-6 weeks. Sometimes these times may vary, but once everything is complete customers will start receiving tracking information once their order has begun fulfillment.
