Where We're Staying
We'll be splitting our time in two different hotels in Cape Town to give you different vibes.
You'll enjoy a few nights at Cape Town’s most iconic pink hotel, Mount Nelson, and trust us, it’s something special. You'll experience their famous afternoon tea, and then you’ll have the rest of the day to chill. Whether you want to wander the gardens, hang by the pool, or hit the spa, it’s the perfect place to just relax and take it all in.
We'll also be spending time at AC Hotel V&A Waterfront. This hotel is right next to all the action—perfect for shopping, dining, and taking in those stunning Table Mountain views. Plus, Bree Street, known for its trendy restaurants, bars, and vibrant art scene, is just around the corner. It's the perfect blend of style, comfort, and prime location!

A scenic drive along the peninsula, where you'll discover breathtaking beaches, rugged cliffs, and picturesque towns. You'll also see adorable penguins at Boulder Beach, perfect for nature lovers.

Soar over Cape Town’s stunning coastline and landmarks for a bird’s-eye view you won’t forget.
- Malay Food Tasting in Bo-Kaap:
Enjoy the rich and aromatic flavors of Cape Malay cuisine, a unique blend of spices and cultures.

- Cape Town City Tour:
Learn about the city of Cape Town with a local guide
- Table Mountain and visit to Old Biscuit Mill:
Take in panoramic views from the top of Table Mountain, then explore the vibrant food and artisan market at the Old Biscuit Mill.
- Wine tasting in Stellenbosch and/or Franschhoek with free time for lunch and shopping:
Sip world-class wines in the heart of wine country, then explore Stellenbosch's and/or Franschhoek's charming shops and cafes at your own pace.
This trip includes daily breakfast, 2 lunches (one includes the Malay food tasting), 3 dinners (two are welcome and farewell dinners). We'll also provide you with a list of restaurants you can visit during your free time.
We included some meals for this trip but you still have the freedom to dine where you'd like!
During planned group activities and planned dining as highlighted in the itinerary, group transfers are provided.
Please note: airport transfers are not included but we can schedule your airport transfers on your behalf. ALSO, we highly recommend getting travel insurance to cover any flight delays or cancellations that could add extra costs. If you need assistance with travel insurance, we're more than happy to help.

Getting ready for an international trip can be overwhelming, especially when it's a new destination. You’re probably a bundle of nerves (the good kind, of course), but don't worry—we’ve got you covered!
Exclusions for Your Trip
This trip DOES NOT include the following:
International airfare, airport transfers to/from hotel, travel and medical insurance (recommended), food and beverage that is not listed, tips for drivers and guides, COVID testing (if required), and any activities and transfers outside what is mentioned.
Payment Schedule
Please carefully review the payment plan and due dates. These payments should be paid on a monthly basis or paid in full. If you sign up past the due dates, your payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
We kindly request a five day notice, before the payment due date, if a late payment will be made. This should be done to avoid a $30 late fee which would be added after each week of a missed payment.
This payment plan is based on double occupancy. This means you will be paired with a friend or another solo traveler in the group. If you wish to have a single room, please email us and we will let you know the additional cost. Please note that single occupancy is based upon availability.

Cape Town is a melting pot of cultures, with influences from Africa, Europe, and Asia. Be respectful of local customs, and enjoy the vibrant mix of food, art, and traditions.
While we have scheduled transfers, this trip involves walking tours. When dining, it’s customary to tip 10-15% at restaurants.

Welcome to Cape Town!
Once you arrive, you'll have some time to unwind and settle in before we kick things off with a warm welcome. We’ll start the evening with cocktails at a beautiful spot (think speakeasy vibes)—the perfect way to meet everyone. From there, we’ll ease into a lovely dinner to set the tone for an amazing trip ahead!
TIP: Welcome cocktails would start around 5:30 pm which would then go into dinner around 6:30 pm. So, we recommend arriving before 3:00 pm so you have time to freshen up.
Afternoon tea & Free day
We’re keeping things easy today, especially after your long flight. You’ll have the morning to yourself to settle in, and then we’ll enjoy a luxe afternoon tea experience that’s anything but ordinary! This spot is known for its stunning garden views and timeless charm—it’s the perfect way to ease into Cape Town. Afterward, you’ll have the rest of the day to unwind at the hotel (trust us, you’ll want to), shake off the jet lag, and fully relax before the adventure begins!
Malay Food Tasting and African Jewelry Making Class
Today, we’ll be checking out and moving to our new hotel right on the V&A Waterfront, where we’ll be staying for the rest of the trip. After settling in, we’re diving into some local culture with a delicious Malay food tasting—get ready to savor the unique flavors Cape Town is known for! Then, we'll enjoy an African jewelry making class.
Cape Peninsula Tour & Boulder's Beach
We’re in for a long but stunning scenic drive. Think gorgeous beaches, rugged cliffs, and charming little towns along the way. We'll also stop by Boulder's Beach to hang out with the penguins (they’re the cutest!). And for lunch, we’ve got a spot lined up at one of our favorite restaurants with the perfect waterfront views.
Table Mountain, City Tour and Old Biscuit Mill
Get ready for the stunning views at Table Mountain! After soaking in the scenery, we'll start our city tour which would transition over to a visit to the Old Biscuit Mill, a vibrant spot full of markets, unique shops, and amazing restaurants. It’s the perfect place to explore and grab a bite after a day of sightseeing!
Wine Tasting in Stellenbosch and/or Franschhoek
You can’t visit Cape Town without doing a wine tasting! We’ll take you to Stellenbosch and/or Franschhoek, charming towns famous for its wineries and cute boutique shops. After sipping some amazing local wines, you’ll have time to grab lunch and explore the town a bit before we head back to Cape Town. It’s the perfect day of wine, food, and fun!
Helicopter Tour
You’ll have the morning all to yourself to explore, relax, or just enjoy a slow start. Then, in the later evening, get ready for an unforgettable adventure as we hop on a helicopter to take in some epic views of Cape Town! Afterwards, we'll all head to dinner.
Free day and Farewell Dinner
It’s your last free day in Cape Town, and we want you to enjoy it your way! Spend the day exploring or relaxing—whatever makes you happy. Later, we’ll meet up for cocktails at one of our favorite rooftop spots in the city, followed by a farewell dinner at a lively, cultural restaurant which includes cultural performances. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your amazing trip!
