Get ready for a magical night as we hunt for the stunning Northern Lights, one of nature's most incredible displays.

This trip includes daily breakfast, 2 lunches (food tour and a light lunch inside the greenhouse), 2 dinners (welcome and farewell dinners). We'll also provide you with a list of restaurants you can visit during your free time.

We included some meals for this trip but you still have the freedom to dine where you'd like!

During planned group activities and planned dining as highlighted in the itinerary, group transfers are provided. 

Please note: airport transfers are not included but we can schedule your airport transfers on your behalf. ALSO, we highly recommend getting travel insurance to cover any flight delays or cancellations that could add extra costs.  If you need assistance with travel insurance, we're more than happy to help.

Don't stress about getting from point A to point B during the trip. We've got you covered.

You’ll also have access to a client portal where you can find all your travel documents and easily upload any details we need from you. Think of it as your personal travel hub.
Getting ready for an international trip can be overwhelming, especially when it's a new destination. You’re probably a bundle of nerves (the good kind, of course), but don't worry—we’ve got you covered!

Exclusions for Your Trip

This trip DOES NOT include the following:

International airfare, airport transfers, travel and medical insurance (recommended), food and beverage that is not listed, tips for drivers and guides, COVID testing (if required), and any activities and transfers outside what is mentioned.

Payment Schedule

Please carefully review the payment plan and due dates. These payments should be paid on a monthly basis or paid in full. If you sign up past the due dates, your payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

We kindly request a five day notice, before the payment due date, if a late payment will be made. This should be done to avoid a $30 late fee which would be added after each week of a missed payment.

This payment plan is based on double occupancy. This means you will be paired with a friend or another solo traveler in the group. If you wish to have a single room, please email us and we will let you know the additional cost. Please note that single occupancy this is based upon availability.

Important to Know

We'll be staying in Reykjavik (4-nights) and South Iceland (2-nights). Please note that this tour covers the highlights of the country of Iceland and, naturally, involves a lot of time on the road when heading to Southern Iceland to experience the true beauty of the country. While this trip includes a Northern Lights hunting adventure, we can’t guarantee sightings, as they’re a natural phenomenon. That said, on previous trips, many of our guests were fortunate to see them multiple times, as this is the peak season for viewing.

Note that our itinerary focuses on bucket list experiences. The itinerary is subject to change due to inclement weather or other factors outside of our control.

Welcome to Iceland!

Depending on when you arrive, you'll have some time to unwind and settle in before we kick things off with dinner, which would start around 7:00 pm. We recommend booking a flight that gets you in well ahead of that time!

Hotel check-in is around 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can use the hotel facilities.

Reykjavik City and Food Tour

We'll kick things off with a walking tour, hitting up some of the city's top spots. After that, it’s all about the food—get ready to indulge in a culinary tour where you'll taste some authentic Icelandic dishes.

Off to the South of Iceland We Go

We’ve got private transportation ready to take us down to southern Iceland. The drive is pure eye candy, with stops to marvel at waterfalls, explore the black beach, and even ride some ATVs. Later, we'll check into our hotel, where you’ll have a shot at catching the Northern Lights!

More of South Iceland

We’re diving back into Iceland’s southern wonders, where glacier lagoons and Diamond Beach are just the beginning. And guess what? You’ll get another shot at chasing those elusive Northern Lights!

Golden Circle Tour

Today, we’re diving into the wonders of the Golden Circle! First up, Thingvellir National Park—a UNESCO World Heritage site where you can stand between two continents. We’ll also chase waterfalls and soak in the incredible scenery. And don’t forget your swimsuit, because we’re capping the day off with a relaxing dip in a lagoon hot spring. It’s the ultimate blend of adventure and relaxation! After, we'll head back to Reykjavik.

Relaxing at the Blue Lagoon

In the morning, you’ll have some free time to do your thing. Later, we’re off to the Blue Lagoon for some serious relaxation. And just when you think it can’t get any better, we’ll wrap up the day with a farewell dinner at the lagoon’s luxury restaurant. After dinner, it’s back to the hotel for one last cozy night.

Enjoy your leisurely breakfast and take in your final day in Iceland. In the evening, we'll have a farewell dinner in Reykjavik before you depart tomorrow.

It's time to say our goodbyes and head back home. We can arrange your transfer on request.
